The apartments, communal areas and courtyard garden have been transformed over a six-month renovation period in mid to late 2023. Traditional and contemporary styles have been blended to create wonderful apartments each with their own unique character. The bespoke kitchens are hand built in Lincolnshire with state-of-the-art appliances, including ovens and hobs, microwaves, dishwashers, wine coolers and Corian work-surfaces. All shower rooms have walk in showers, oversized heads and hand made vanity units. The herringbone floors beautifully complement the original features of the grade II listed building.

 

Each apartment has been interior designed with an eclectic mix of old and new. The hand-picked furniture, beds with pocket sprung mattresses and L shaped sofa beds (to accommodate extra guests if required) have all been chosen with your comfort in mind. The 55” internet enabled 4K UHD Smart LED TV’s and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout are provided to ensure you’re stay is an enjoyable as possible.

In the heart of Oundle

One Market Place sits directly on Oundle's Market Square - the Georgian centrepiece of one of Northamptonshire's most beautiful market towns. Step outside and you're thirty seconds from the best coffee, the best restaurants, and the weekly market. The River Nene walks start from the end of the street.

What you get

Each apartment sleeps four. The kitchens are fully equipped - hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler, Corian worktops. The beds have pocket sprung mattresses and quality linen. There's a 55" 4K Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi in every flat. Tea, coffee, milk and condiments are waiting when you arrive.

Flat 1 looks out over the War Memorial. Flat 2 is a duplex with a tranquil second-floor bedroom. Flat 3 has large sash windows on both sides facing the Market Square.
